Matching Gifts

You can increase the impact of your donation to The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter with a matching gift.

Check this directory to see if your employer participates in matching gift programs. If you do not find your employer listed, please contact your human resources department to see if you can establish a matching gifts program with the ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

If your company participates, request a matching gift form from your employer. Complete the Employee section of the form and send it to The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter along with your donation or, if you’ve made your donation online, simply complete the form and mail to:

We will complete the form and forward it to your employer’s matching gifts office for processing. The company will send its matching donation directly to The ALS Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter.

Some companies disburse matching gifts on a quarterly or yearly schedule. To reduce administrative expenses, we will not forward a notice to employees when matching contributions are received. If you have a question about your company’s matching donation, please contact your matching gifts office or human resources department.
